- Mohsan Beg wants to focus his doctoral dissertation on intergenerational posttraumatic stress disorder among the First Nations people. He will attend University of Windsor to pursue a PhD program in clinical psychology.
- The Art Sparrow Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Mario Boisvert of Repentigny, Québec. Mario Boisvert is pursuing his research on the environmental effect of a biological insecticide. He is attending Université du Québec à Montréal and finishing his PhD in environmental science.
